Established in 1986, Street Design Limited is a design and manufacture company, based in Barrow upon Soar, Leicestershire.
We design and manufacture a range of distinctive external landscape products, for both the public and private sector.
The main product categories are: planters, outdoor seating, and roof garden products. We manufacture our products from combinations of FSC® Certified hardwood or FSC® Certified treated softwood timber, mild or stainless steel and aluminium.
Over the years Street Design has been involved in supplying a diverse range of products to suit the needs of specific projects. We can manufacture to your specification, or work with you to develop the right product for your scheme.
As designers and manufacturers, Street Design has designed, manufactured and supplied a range of special products to several prestigious projects.
We can design and develop bespoke products to suit your requirements. In certain circumstances our involvement is to manufacture to the clients’ specifications. We can work together with the client to develop our standard products to meet the specific needs.
Our in-house design personnel are responsible for the design and development of our standard product ranges.
They also assist the sales and marketing personnel with the design and development of bespoke products and products that need to be changed to suit client’s specific requirements.
As standard, all Street Design products are loaded and delivered to site.
Depending on the size of the load, deliveries can be on a carrier, small flatbed vehicle, 7.5-ton curtain sided vehicle, up to larger 8.5m long rigid vehicles. As standard, off-loading is the responsibility of the client.
If required, Street Design can arrange for the delivery to be on a vehicle with an off-loading facility.
Deliveries can be on a vehicle with a tail lift, Hiab or piggy-back forklift truck.
Street Design offers an extensive range, from budget to bespoke planters in a variety of materials and finishes. Planters can be manufactured using combinations of timber, mild or stainless steel and aluminium.
A wide range of sizes, shapes and styles is available. All planters are available with a range of optional features, including: – integral seating, adjustable feet, tree anchors and watering systems.
Our range of external seating products comprises of seats with backs, benches without backs, and are available from budget seating to bespoke designs to suit most applications.
The designs incorporate a range of materials that can be specified, including timber, with a choice of FSC® hardwood or FSC® treated softwood, or metal, with a choice of mild or stainless steel.
All seating is available for above or below ground installation, with optional name plaques or logos.
They can be straight or curved, free standing or wall mounted and come with a choice of finish. Seating can be supplied with additional intermediate arms.
