Walling installation
Grenadier planter walling is suitable for installation above or below finished ground level. Planter walling can be assembled on an existing or new paved area.
The below ground installation is assembled to allow the paving to be laid up to the planter walling. The heights above and below the FFL can be manufactured to suit your requirements.

Raised planter widths
Most widths of raised planters can be accomodated. Narrow planters have cross brace straps, wider planters required cross brace frames and very wide planters are supplied with brackets as shown on the illustrations on the right. All straps, frames and brackets are galvanised mild steel.

Raised planters up to 1500mm wide
When specifying raised planters up to 1500mm wide, mild steel cross brace straps will be supplied to ensure that the planter walling is vertical. The cross brace straps are hot dip galvanised mild steel.

Walling heights
The standard heights are:
290, 435, 580, 725, 870, 1015, 1160 & 1305mm, other heights can be manufactured to suit your specific requirements.

Raised planters 1500 to 2500mm wide
When specifying raised planters from 1500 to 2500mm wide, mild steel cross brace framess will be supplied to ensure that the planter walling is vertical. The cross brace frames are hot dip galvanised mild steel.

Materials
Horizontal slats are 145x45mm section FSC-certified timber.
Posts are 95x95mm section FSC-certified timber.
Cross brace flats are 50x5 or 50x10mm mild steel flat.
Cross brace frames are 50x50x5mm mild steel angle.
Cross brace brackets are 50x50x5 angle and 50x5mm mild steel flat.

Raised planters wider than 2500mm
When specifying raised planters wider than 2500mm, mild steel brackets will be supplied to ensure that the planter walling is vertical. The brackets need to be fixed to ground level. The brackets are hot dip galvanised mild steel.
