In 2024, Street Design, designed, manufactured and supplied Stratum planter walling and hardwood bench seating for two courtyard areas as part of the refurbishment of The Belgrave Centre, NG1 5GG, on behalf of Nottingham Trent University.
Working with the project architects, Pick Everard and their landscape architects, Street Design assisted with the design details for the raised aluminium planter walling and the range of seating products required.
The raised planters supplied were our Stratum aluminium, powder coated RAL 7039, Quartz grey. Raised planters were installed in two courtyard areas and included integrated bench seating.
The outdoor space was designed to include a range of bench seating options. Wall fixed, free-standing, lounger seat and cube benches were supplied, offering a variety of formal and informal seating.
The seating was supplied with FSC-Certified hardwood slats, fixed to powder coated legs and optional armreats.
The planters, seating and decking installation was carried out by Deckbuilders Limited, having recently worked together on a similar roof podium project.
